This is a process we use to print full-color images on light tees. The technique can be used to print on dark tees as well, but the colors may not print as vibrant as with simulated process printing. The main advantage of the process is that it uses 4-5 screens for any amount of colors needed in a design.

On White Shirts

These were printed with a white underbase screen, then process yellow, magenta, cyan, and finally black. Out Da Box is capable of printing high- resolution and detailed images.

On Dark Shirts

These were printed with the same exact technique and print order as the white tee example above;  a white underbase screen, then process yellow, magenta, cyan, and finally black. The design and set-up process is extensive, therefore we require a 48pc minimum for printing cmyk.
